Long Term Disability Plan's Option Type

Hello,

Our business/management decided to provide  "Long Term Disability" insurance to certain group of employees for the year 2020. As this is the first time we are setting up the plan in our system, we are in need of creating LTD plan type for the same. But, we identified there is no "LTD"  as an option type available to create a new LTD plan type and what we see is the compensation category has "LTD" as the list of value. Can anyone please advise what would be appropriate "Option Type" to be chosen for LTD plan type?
