Terminated employees on "Appraisal in Progress" region under "Appraisals as Main Appraiser" page

Hi,

We are using EBS 12.1.3, in oracle performance management module, we have created a performance management plan.

Plan was published and managers are able to see plan through performance management function from "Manager Self Service".

On the page of "Appraisals as Main Appraiser". a manager can see an active employee having two records (first record is active with Appraise pencil icon is enabled and another one shows as Terminated Employees with Appraisal Pencil icon is disabled). This employee is new and never terminated before. Would like to know, why two records are showing for the same employee

Even, I have checked PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table, it shows only one record with actual termination date is null.
