Welcome to the new Oracle Enterprise Command Center - EBS (MOSC) space in the My Oracle Support Community.  To help you get started with learning and understanding more about the Oracle Enterprise Command Center, we invite you to review the new Enterprise Command Center Portal (ECC).  In the portal you will see important information around how to identify and act on top business priorities, the ECC Framework, and patching information.
