JDE E920 - Error in P4980 (Detail Rate not found)

Hi everyone,

We are facing an issue when we try to do the routing options in the loads for a specific origin branch : the route is successfully found, but the error 089V is raised "A detail Rate Was Not Found".

The routes are linked with the good rate scheduled and everything (including the dates) should work : lookups are correctly defined and the branch is present for the carrier in the rates. Also, the currency code is OK.

We have spent days to double check all the rates, and as it works perfectly for our others branch, we don't think the issue is at this level.
