Employee in multiple paygroups and FLSA Calculations
We have created a new paygroup under an existing company, transferred the employees as of 9/16 to the new paygroup. Both previous and new paygroups are under the same company. There are employees with bonus and commission earnings for earn begin and earn end dates prior to 9/16 - earned under previous paygroup. If the earnings are calculated under the new paygroup, FLSA does not calculate. But if earnings are calculates under the previous paygroup, then FLSA calculates. Is this because there are no OT hours under the new paygroup yet? Or is it because the earnings were earned under
