Unable to expire the Install base

@Naga Kumari K -Oracle Hi ,

I am not able to expire the Instances as getting the error like "

ERROR:

Instance cannot be marked as Creation Complete, because one or all of the following mandatory parameters are not available: Serial Number (If Serialized), Lot Number (If Lot Controlled), Revision (If Rev Controlled), Instance Location, Instance Status".

I validated the below.

1) Item is serialized at receipt level

2) IB Traceable , Coverage enable and Service disable

3) No Lot control

4) Item is in Inactive Status

5) IB is in active status

6) No Revision Control.

What else needs to check please do let me know.
