Convert 12cR2 Database from Standard edition 2 to Enterprise edition

Hi,

We have installed 2 node RAC (12.2.0.1.0) Standard edition 2  Database on RHEL 7 with ASM.

Now we want to convert the Database to Enterprise edition.

What are the procedures to convert the 2 node RAC Database to Enterprise edition

Do we need to fully uninstall the whole Set up (Database files and Database Softwares) from both nodes.??

Please confirm.
