OT Missing Lines

Good Day,

Customer is faced with an issue of OT lines not being created. For example an ST order is created for 24 lines, once the order is saved only 5 lines are created on the OT.

Things to note:

• Some are items are lot controlled and others are not. 
• Different items were used on the failed orders. Though orders captured on the same day for the same "problem items" the ST/OT order lines are in sync.
• This issue happens randomly; Some OT orders have missing lines and others have no lines at all. Different users capture orders, orders were captured in different times and dates.
