One Plate with Two Items

One of our divisions is changing how they manufacture finished goods item, essentially combing two items to be manufactured by a single WO.  It is a multi stage process but the most important stages are printing where one metal plate is printed with two different designs before being cut in to two separate finished goods items.  We currently use discrete manufacturing in JDE 9.2 but this does not allow for two items to be manufactured by a single WO and using a single item to represent the plate introduces some issues with planning.  I know that using process manufacturing allows
