Put symbols and code in currency

Hi everyone!

Required help regarding a query.

I run this query and in :X parameter i provide "   뀧   "  this symbol in it. but it shows ? in it. How can i get symbol and also how can i enter " 뀧" in column of table and which data type it will be.

Query:        Select :X from dual;
