Facing problem with Media Objects after Tools release upgrade 9.2.1.9

Dear All,

Recently we upgraded our Tools release from 9.2.0.7 to 9.2.1.9 after that users are facing problem they are unable to see attachments in IE-11 and Chrome version-76,77, it is coming blank screen. did anyone face same issue?

JDE E1. 9.2/ TR 9.2.1.9 on Windows platform
