Tax Rate to be available in only 1 OU for a single Regime

Hi

EBS R12.1.3

We have a single Regime for the UK and used by a number of OU's.

We want a new AP Tax rate to be available for use in only 1 OU.(ie when the user ebters the Ap Invoice in this OU they can see this rate but it is not in the LOV from any other OU)

Could sone one outline the best way to achieve this ?
