Sales Update updates IPCD to blank when already set to "Y" resulting in double-dip of As Of

Hi,

Could you please advise if this FAD, a Bug or bad set-up:

Scenario:

P4205 Update On Hand proc opt = blank (update)

R42800 Update On Hand proc opt = blank (update)

Item A has 1 On Hand.

  - F41112 shows +1

- Process Ship Confirm of 1.

  - F4111.IPCD = blank

- Run R41542

  - F4111.IPCD = Y

  - F41112 shows nothing (0)

All good so far...

- Run R42565

- Run R42800

  - F4111.IPCD = blank

  - F41112 shows nothing (0)

- Run R41542

  - F4111.IPCD = Y

  - F41112 shows -1

On Hand is perfectly fine, but the As Of is double-dipped; throwing it out of line with the F4111. I know R41542 Regen will sort, but is this behaviour correct?
