Composite Page - Role Issue

Hey Team,

I am having an issue viewing a composite page. I have two roles for the security (P00950OU) behind the composite page named Inventory.

Sysadmin which basically has wide open access

INVMGR which has access to the inventory applications

User A contains a variety of roles including INVMGR. When they log in with *ALL roles they cannot see the Inventory page. When they log in with only INVMGR they can see the Inventory page.

Why does this occur? Is there a hierarchy of roles used for P00950OU? There are other pages with similar setup that does not contain this issue.
