How to Automate the entry of the ChartField Expense Mapping USA component?

We are about to implement the config setup for Transferring HCM Payroll Data to FSCM General Ledger.  We have loaded the combo codes via the flat file utility.  As a result of a complex “chart of accounts” driven by departments, we estimate that we will have more than 17,000 manual entries to map the departments to GL earnings, deductions, and tax activities via the ChartField Expense Mapping USA component.  Navigation: Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America >  GL Interface  > ChartField Expense Mapping USA.  Has anyone automated this with excel to CI?
