Still can transfer material between subinventories when the status doesn't allow 'Transfer material

Hi,

Here is the issue:

1. Defined a Material Status named LOCK which is not allowed to transfer material between subinventories.

2. Select a material M, lot number 001. Set 001's lot status to LOCK.

3. Two subinventories S1 and S2, both allow all kinds of transactions.

4. Transfer M (lot 001) from S1 to S2. Succed.

5. The transfer should not be successfully performed because the status doesn't allow that.
