Hyperion planning web forms attachments issue

Dear Team,

One of my user is unable to attach the documents mostly word and excel files to web forms and he is getting below issue message.

An error has occured accessing a protected resource.You do not have the necessary permission.Contact your local security administrator or resource owner.

I have checked the access part and he is having all necessary permissions.Rest of the users dont have any issue.Could you please suggest.
