BIP scheduler configuration issue

We are using BIP 11.1.1.7.0 version. We have two node. What we observe BIP schedular is not working from Node2. In the Scheduler configuration we are receiving the below error

Start Error; JMSAdminWrapper failed to start JMSWrapper', javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'BIP.JMS.CF' didn't find subcontext 'BIP'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'BIP/JMS/CF'

We have validate all the weblogic setting of Persistence store, JMS server ,JMS module. All the screen sort attached.

Also when we want to Activate any change from weblogic it hangs and we can't make any further change to sort out the issue.
