Checkbox Fields in the Front End Not working

Hi,

Whenever i try to build the workbook, in the wizard selection I'm not able to select any one of the checkbox fields in Google Chrome.
I don't see any issue while working with Internet Explorer.

Kindly let me know if there us any issue with the RPAS Fusion client?

Weblogic version: 10.3.6

RPAS Version: 13.4.3.29
