Replacing PCL type label printers with JDE supported non-PCL format

Hi,

Our hardware team communicated that they are decommissioning PCL type label printers from user locations. Challenge is that all devices are PCL based and the supplier does not actually supply a direct PCL type label printer as a replacement in the event that they cannot be serviced at all.

These PCL label printers will be replaced by Non-PCL printers as PCL printer cannot be serviced at all by supplier.

This means the PCL Label printers configured in JDE need to be changed to some other non-PCL format.

Kindly lets me know which are the non-PCL manufacturers/models of label printer are certified for our JDE (TR 9.1.5.2) .

Howdy, Stranger!
