Issues with VNC

Hi All,

I am having some issues using a VNC terminal on a remote server. The issue seems to have begun occurring after an OS migration off of Solaris to Linux. As an aside, I thought we actually had Red Hat, but I see we have Oracle Linux possibly? Not totally sure how the infrastructure is configured, so I may be incorrect about this in some way. But, just to be clear, here is what I can see:

>cat /etc/*release*
cat: /etc/lsb-release.d: Is a directory
Oracle Linux Server release 7.7
NAME="Oracle Linux Server"
VERSION="7.7"
ID="ol"
ID_LIKE="fedora"
