Enterprise Command Center HR module

I followed the Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2495053.1) to the teeth. For all the other products, I was able to run dataload concurrent program and view the data via ECC dashboard.

It was not the case for Oracle Human Resources (PER) module.

I give the correct roles access and grants to US Super HRMS Manager responsibility.  I had to manually added "PER ECC Dataload" program to US Super HRMS Manager responsibility's request set (It wasn't "shipped").

Even after the correct role and grant were assign to US Super HRMS Manager, "PER ECC Dataload" concurrent program run successfully but process "zero" row.
