Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to download security patches for 11.2.0.4

Hi all,

I am trying to down the patches for oracle database version 11.2.0.4 but the download button is disabled and i get the following message

"You do not have privileges to download Software Extended Support patches. See How Patches and Updates Entitlements Works for more information."

Please help
