Missing records in F38111 Agreement Ledger

Hi all,

I am reaching out hoping that someone might have seen the same problem.

One of our clients is running EnterpriseOne 9.1 and we noticed that sometimes agreement sales orders fail to update the Agreement Ledger F38111. The update happens at time of ship confirm, not at sales update - we checked this. The failure rate seems to be very low - for 40k+ sales order lines, only 56 failed to update F38111. What's unsettling is that there is no clear and distinct pattern in the data - there is a slight pattern, but not definite. The pattern in the data suggests that the issue is related mainly with:
