Tax Book Depreciation Methods for US States

We are creating tax books in EBS Assets (12.2.7) for the first time.  We have created the US Federal tax book and added the US Federal depreciation methods through the patch 20012197 listed in Oracle Doc 1955574.1.  My question is, are they similar patches that will add depreciation methods that are unique to the various US States such as Virginia or North Carolina or would these have to be manually created?  I have searched the Oracle support site and have not found any reference to US State tax information, so I wanted to ask the community.
