SALVAGE_VALUE not loading in ADD CI

Does anyone have any idea why the Salvage Value is not loading to the system when using the ADD CI for Assets(CI Attached)? It shows the value is on INTFC_FIN but it is not loaded to the COST tables. Any help would be extremely appreciated
