expdp ORA-39213: Metadata processing is not available

Hello,

Oracle:

     11.2.0.1

Cmd:

     expdp user/pass PARFILE='export.par'

export.par

SCHEMAS=tbs

DIRECTORY=DATA_PUMP_DIR

DUMPFILE=DATA_PUMP_DIR:dump.dmp

LOGFILE=DATA_PUMP_DIR:dump.log

Getting following error:

Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

ORA-39006: internal error

ORA-39213: Metadata processing is not available

Any idea what can be wrong ?
