WebTools Errors in IP19 & setup

We have deployed Webtools OM using Anonymous User Name = SADMIN. Hope it is the right setup (any DB user). We are using LDAP for application authentication.

However, when we login we are getting lot of errors.   MAIN workspace is in CHECKPOINTED state. We tried creating a workspace and deployed after slight modification of test object but MAIN still has same status.  Anyone had similar issues? Also, most of the home pages have following errors:

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
No content found in template!.(SBL-UIF-00251)

Webtools log file:

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000b5d832e0c:0 2019-09-19 13:12:06 (sisobj.cpp (297) err=3023756 sys=0) SBL-CSO-09100: The Server object (null) was not found.
