Excel 2016 Smartview 11.1.2.5.900 drill through not working

Hi,

I have a user who has Excel 2016 and 11.1.2.5.900 Smartview installed.

We have a drill through form that we want to drill through in Excel.

It pops up the dialog box asking if we want to open in Excel as new sheet or in browser.

When we select new sheet - nothing happens.

I have checked all settings in Excel/Smartview.

It works on another computer with Excel 2016. It works for her login on another computer so it is not user security.

It is as if excel is preventing a tab from reopening. I checked if document is protected and it is not.
