What else do I need to configure to make the savings plan tile show up on Fluid Benefits Enrollment

A benefit savings plan tile is not displaying in  Fluid Annual Enrollment - the show if no option box is checked. We have set up a savings plan which has a default deduction code and special accumulator attached. The benefit plan is set up in the benefit plan table. The benefit plan has been added to the benefit program on the new effdt cloned benefit program. We tried creating a Calculation rule and assigning it to the benefit plan but this did not make the benefit plan tile display. We are using Image 29 with peopletools 8.56. What else needs
