How to change Agile ORACLE Database from NOARCHIVELOG mode to ARCHIVELOG mode

Our Veeam was backing up our Agile Test Database perfectly fine before but now it always fails.

Error: veeam VSS-00044: Database in NOARCHIVELOG mode must be in a consistent state for backup.Cause : The database was open read/write or mounted after a SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE or SHUTDOWN ABORT. Please help! I cannot find proper documentation on how to change this in our Agile Test Database server.
