Future effective dated change in Plan name is not reflecting in Open Enrollment

We have open enrollment this October for Year 2020. I made changes to the plan name effective dated 01/01/2020. But it doesnot reflect in the event.

It still shows old plan name. I understand this is how it is designed but wanted to know if someone faced similar problem and what they did to fix it.
