Object Manager Values are missing in AI profile page in SMC SIebel IP2017

While creating Application Interface profile in SMC I am unable to select any values from Object Manager dropd own field I have come across few documents mentioned below but it dint work.

1. Object Manager Components Are NOT Listed In AI Profile Creation Drop Down In IP2017 ( Doc ID 2335500.1 )

2. No Siebel Object Manager is available to be selected under REST Inbound Defaults field when creating Siebel Application Interface Profile ( Doc ID 2388898.1 )

Please advise
