How can I setup dollar level or Tier Level, which ever is higher, in Life Insurance benefits for OE

Is there a way to setup the option for additional life insurance to have the ability to do Evidence of Insurability (EOI) not required for any changes/elections up to a specific dollar amount or a max of 3 levels, which ever is higher?

Example: Our levels are in $10,000 increments. This year, employees can choose to go up to $100,000 without an EOI or they can go up 3 levels, which ever is higher.

Employee A currently has $20,000 of coverage, for OE they are going to choose to go up to $100,000 and they do not need to show any proof.

Employee B currently has $80,000 policy, since we are allowing them to go to $100,000 or 3 levels, they can go up to $110,000 without proof.
