Direct Deposit/Suppress Print

When employees setup a direct deposit in Self Service, the Suppress DDP Advice Print defaults to No (the checkbox is not checked).  Is this configurable so the default can be changed to Yes (the checkbox is checked)?  Or is that a customization?  Thanks.
