Pricing automatically replaced the modifier price instead of the manual price updated.

Hi All,

We have a sales order where modifier got applied and later the price was manually updated by the user, but the modifier was reapplied again before shipping.

User would like to understand what triggers the re-pricing of the line replacing the manual update.

Please help me to get the scenario.
