Key Member Roles in Projects

Hi,

I have a User who has set somebody up as a Project Manager in a Project to approve req's etc and also to view expenditure on the project.  They would like to name another User as a Key Member who would be able to view Project Expenditure Detail Transactions from the Project.

What Key Member Role would enable them to do this? Task Manager? Project Finance? Finance Approver?
