Can we add new attributes in the expression LOV for Independent condition in service contracts

We want to add new contract line level attributes Service Duration, Service Period, Contract Group, Contract Line Item Category.

Based on that we need to define independent condition with an outcome. The Outcome is PL/SQL procedure to send a notification.

Can we add need new attributes in the expression LOV. If so, can you assist us how to add new attributes.
