Error while starting cm

Hi,

ERROR bad load_module for: "/app/brmapp/opt/portal/7.5/BIL_CUSTOM/liba/fm_bil_rate_red.a": rtld: 0712-001 Symbol fm_utils_time_round_to_midnight was referenced

      from module /app/brmapp/opt/portal/7.5/BIL_CUSTOM/liba/fm_bil_rate_red.a(), but a runtime definition

            of the symbol was not found.

I just implemented fm_utils_time_round_to_midnight function. I am facing above error while starting cm. can anyone help?
