Unable to edit price lists

After loading patch 12603409  we are no longer able to update our existing price lists... all of the fields are greyed out and protected from updating.  We can't add new lines, deactivate, anything....  I can create new price lists, but the existing ones are of no use.  Any ideas why this could have happened?  I haven't been able to find any documents on this yet.
