PRCD-1095 : Failed to retrieve databases for version 11.1 and earlier

Hi,

My cluster has 12.2.0.1 databases and now I am trying to install 12.1.0.2 database.

Getting this error.

I tried commenting 12.2 databases in oratab and still same error.

ASM is 12.2.0.1 version and we have Jan 2018 psu patch applied already

I have gone through both documents but didn't help in my case..
