Availability of 19c Automatic Indexing feature for EBS

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Here we can read the 19c 'Automatic Indexing' feature is only available/supported on Exadata. For complex systems like EBS, the potential performance benefit of being able to employ this feature, is substantial and could reduce the need for manual tuning. Are there plans to make it available for EBS in on-premises installations not running on Exadata?
