Forms 12 and DB 19 Upgrade

We are planning to upgrade our database and forms in the new year and I would like to update to the latest version but although I see others have used 19c with forms 12 but it is not on the certification matrix. Will there be a release that is certified or is there be a new release of oracle forms planned?
