DFF Attributes did not populate through web service

I have a seeded rest web service which I am using to create customer in EBS (12.1.3) with DB (12.1.0.2.0). I am populating attributes in DFF but service is not populating attributes however customer has been created successfully. I am providing WADL file generated by application along with json body which I am using to create customer through postman.
