FRM-40200: Field is protected against updates error message in Cycle Count Approvals form

in Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello!

We have been running into the below problem and would like some help from the community to solve it.

While try to approve Cycle Counts, user clicks on the Approve or Reject button and tries to save and gets the following error message:

"FRM-40200: Field is protected against updates".

The user is already set up as an employee so we aren't able to figure out what could be the reason behind that.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
