2 Lease Questions

We are trying to implement the lease module under GASB and have two questions:

1. Are there any updates from Oracle on the status of a solution to record deferred inflows/outflows for payable and receivable leases?

  According to our consultant, there are no further updates to GASB Accounting from Oracle.  What you saw as part of Image 32 in July timeframe has not been changed.  Could Oracle comment on this?

2.  Receivable Lease Administration doesn’t appear to allow for capitalization/accounting for future payments in compliance with GASB.  Is saving the lease information and creating bills from it all that receivable lease administration does?
