Event Mapping

I am using Page and Field Configurator to default some values to job data.  When adding a person, I want to default company upon clicking add organizational relationship.  When I add org relationship, the page does not recognize my configuration.  I changed the event mapping, but have not been successful in getting this to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
