Are there Module-specific Instructions for Upgrading to 12.2.8?

Hello Community,

Our business is looking to upgrade from Oracle 12.1.3 to Oracle 12.2.8 over the course of the next 18-24 months.

As part of the preparations for this, we are assembling a long list of all the support documentation relating to the upgrade.

I was wondering, apart from the 12.1 to 12.2 Upgrade Guide and the 12.2.0 to 12.2.8 Upgrade Guide, are there any module-specific preparation guides out there beyond what is already listed in the aforementioned guides?

The documentation seems to hint there there are Release Notes for each module that contain pre/post-upgrade instructions, but I haven't come across any in my searches.
