Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. My oracle database (version 12.2.0.1.0) has died and I got some errors "Process xxxx died, see its trace file" slightly the before instance down and I also got the message

"ERROR: Shared memory area is accessible to instance startup process prior to instance startup operation" when I startup the instance. Do you have any idea why this happens?
