HELP link missing on Manage Payroll Payments Self-Service Page
We are on R12.2.7.
We have some "new" UPK job aids created for the "Manage Payroll Payments" Self-Service page. However, when we open that page, there is not a HELP link up in the blue area for us to click on to open the UPK job aid. I noticed some other HR self service pages we use have the HELP link and some do not.
How can I get the HELP link to display on the "Manage Payroll Payments" Self Service page? (or really any self-service page).
